LIEUTENANT CHARLES AUGUSTINE GORDON, Drimnin, Argyllshire.
Enlisted in 8th Royal Scots in February 1915. Received Commission
in gth Royal Scots in July 19 15. Attached to Labour Corps in August,
and served in France and Belgium from September 1916 to November
1919. Wounded in August 1917.
LIEUTENANT WILLIAM JOHN GORDON, Windhouse, Mid Yell,
Shetland.
Joined Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve in January 1915. Served as
Officer Commanding Royal Naval Reserve Patrols and Guns Crew in
Islands of Yell and Fetlar.
LIEUTENANT CHARLES LINDESAY PLAYFAIR GRACE, St
Andrews.
Joined Highland Cyclist Battalion February 1915. Served on Coast
Defence in Scotland until April 1918 and thereafter in Ireland.
CAPTAIN ANGUS MACLAINE GREGORSON, Ardtornish, Colinton.
Commissioned 9th Royal Scots 1st October 1914. Served on Army
Recruiting Staff, Ministry of National Service, and 4th Reserve Battalion
Royal Scots.
MAJOR HENRY JAMES GRIERSON, Laguna, Murthly, Perthshire.
Received Commission in Royal Highlanders (Black Watch) in October
1914. Acted as Commandant for School of Instruction for N.C.O.'s
from October till November 1916. Served in France on Special Duty
November 1916. A. P.M., No. 12 Area, Dover Garrison, January 31st 1917
to November 17th 1919.
2nd LIEUTENANT JAMES GILBERT HAMILTON-QRIERSON, 7 Palmerston
Place, Edinburgh.
Enlisted in 4th Royal Scots in August 1914. Received Commission
as 2nd Lieutenant Royal Scots Fusiliers on 23rd October 1914.
Landed at Gallipoli in May 1915, and was killed in action near Cape
Helles on 12th July 1915.
