Morayshire, 25th Feb., 1892 ; joined at Ontario, Toronto, Canada, 1915 ; served in France ;
killed at Norval Wood, France, 30th March, 1918. Son of Alexander and Margaret Forbes,
237, High Street, Elgin, Morayshire. Occupation, farm servant.

Morayshire, 19th April, 1893 ; joined at Denny, May, 1915 ; served in France ; killed in action,
at Kemmel, France, 29th April, 1916. Son of William and Mrs. Isabella Forbes (deceased),

FORBES, Donald. No. 265340, Pte., i/6th Seaforth Highlanders ; born at Grantown-on-Spey,
28th, April, 1896 ; joined at Grantown-on-Spey, August, 1914 ; served in France ; accident-
ally wounded in 1915, shrapnel wound in thigh, 1917, and gave one and a half pints of blood to
save comrade in 1918. Son of Charles (deceased) and Barbara Forbes. Occupation, cabinet-
maker's apprentice.
