received shell wound, 22nd April, 1917 in left foot, and gas-shell wound, 30th Sept., 1918.
Son of Alex Dann, Pitchroy Lodge, Blacksboat, Morayshire, and Helen Morrison or Dann.

DARNLEY, Andrew. No. 536, Pte., 38th Australian Infy. Bde., A.I.F. ; born at Slackbuie,
Boharm, 23rd Sept., 1891, residing in Morayshire since childhood ; joined at Melbourne,
Victoria, Australia, Feb. 8th, 1916 ; served in France ; wounded at Armentieres, France,
Feb. 27th, 1917, in leg and face, and at Ypres, Aleram Heights, France, on Oct. 4th, 1917, in
