Yea, evin in famine them to feed.
20 On him our souls do wait:
21 Our help and sheeld he is. In him
Our joy of heart is great.
For, in his holie name was still
22 Our trust. O still extend
To ws thy mercie, as on thee
Our hope, (Lord) doth depend.
xxxiv.
Inscript.
When King Abimelech did chase,
And David dryve away, in face
And gesture chang'd; so soon as gone,
By him this psalme of prayse was done.
1 Still will I blesse the Lord : Him still
To prayse will I employ
2 My mouth. 2. My soule in him shall boast;
The meek shall heare and joy.
3 Jointlie his name let ws extoll,
Him magnifie with me.
4 I sought the Lord; Hee ansuer made,
And me from fears sett free.
5 To Him when they shall look, his light
Ther darknes shall dispell;
Their faces shall not be asham’d.
6 This poore man (they shall tell)
Cry’d and came speed; from all his straits
The Lord did lead him out;
7 The Lord whose angell Him who fear
Saves and encamps about.
