Decreittis consistand in faciendo receavis per¬

landw or a^nuelrentis etc. In executioun of the
qwMkis decreittzr personall execution is cowmounlie
grantted and used, as homing or warding of the dettozznk
person: ffor quhen any is decerned and ordayned to do
15 any deid, and dois it nocht he may be charged, and
denuwced rebell gif he dissobeyis and his person or
body may be put in waird.

as quhen ane obtenis ane decreit aganist ane uthir, for
ane certane suwzme of money, victuale or prices thereof,
or uthir dettis or dewities, anent the qzzMkis decreittis
