Tak ay be-twen dissport and play,
Put langonr and disspar away.
Tak nocht in hart aduersytee
Na prid the nocht in prosperytee,
bot do weil and na demyng dreid,
And to the best men ay tak hed.

Disspift noc/zt that weill-levand Is,
bot mend thi frendzs of thi riches ;
Thi gudzs sal grow and neuz> be les.
