Contents:
Ferme (or Fairholm) wrote his Analysis while minister of Fraserburgh (1598-1617), and it is here translated from the Edinburgh 1651 edition. Melville's Commentary is printed from a ms. copy dated 1601 - Melville lived 1545-1622. The pagination of the two works is continuous, but the title page of Melville's work is dated 1849.
