| Description | Photograph. There are two shops on the ground floor of this tenement building. One has a sign that reads ' Campaign Eat More Fish Bristo Chapel.' and the other sign which arches over a doorway reads ' Wardrobe'. On the left side there is an empty cart which is set down on the road. In the doorway of the 'Eat More Fish' shop there is a blackboard with some chalked writing on it, the legible words are 'Fresh Large'. Above this at the corner of the building a street sign reads 'Potterow'. On the right there is a wooden gate |

Shows tenements and shops around St Leonards before buildings were pulled down for slum clearance. Half-plate gelatin-silver prints. Precise address of building is given where known. |
