The Hours of the Virgin (Matins)
The human-dragon hybrid in the lower margin has a mildly grotesque face with a pronounced nose and a winged head-dress as often worn by executioners in art of this period. The last five lines of text are written on a piece of vellum that has been neatly pasted into the block of text.
