Commerce special.
A Fexportation, le commerce special com-
prend les marchandises nationales et les mar-
chandises nationalisees qui ont ete exportees
definitivement du pays.
A rimportation, le commerce special com-
prend les marchandises importees destinees a
la consommation interieure.
Remarque.
La statistique douaniere de 1’Espagne em-
ployait, jusqu’a 1932 inclusivement, Texpres-
sion, pour son commerce exterieur, de «comercio
general». Cette expression ne doit pas etre
prise dans le sens qu’on attribue generalement
al’expression ((commerce general ».Le «comercio
general)) de I’Espagne ne comprenait pas, sauf
indication contraire, le commerce temporaire,
les marchandises en retour, le transit et le
commerce de perfectionnement. II s’agit done
la de ce qu’on appelle generalement le com¬
merce special.
Distinction entre les armes et munitions de guerre
et les armes et munitions de chasse et de sport.
La statistique douaniere espagnole n'etablit
aucune distinction entre les armes de guerre et
les armes de chasse et de sport.
SPAIN
Special Trade.
The exports in the Spanish special trade
comprise national goods and nationalised goods
which have been definitively exported from
the country.
The imports of the special trade comprise
imported goods which are intended for internal
consumption.
Observation.
The Spanish Customs statistics until the
year 1932 (inclusive) used the expression
“ comercio general ” for Spanish foreign trade.
The expression should not be taken to mean
what is usually meant by “ general commerce
The “ comercio general ” of Spain did not, in
the absence of any indication to the contrary,
include temporary trade, returned goods, goods
in transit or the finishing trade. It was, in
short, what is commonly known as special
trade.
Distinction between Arms and Ammunition of
War and Hunting and Sporting Weapons and
Ammunition.
The Spanish Customs statistics make no
distinction between arms of war and hunting
and sporting weapons.
