ALBANIE
Dans le present releve ne figurent que
les chiffres relatifs an commerce special du
Royaume avec les pays etrangers, c’est-a-dire,
a Fimportation, les marchandises effectivement
dedonanees et destinees a la consommation inte-
rieure.
— A Fimportation
marchandise a ete reellement produite, confor-
mement au certificat d’origine presente par
Fimportateur.
naliser.
- ALBANIA
The present return includes only figures
relating to the special trade of the Kingdom
with other countries — he., in the case of
imports, goods actually cleared through the
Customs and intended for home consumption.
No mention is made of temporary imports or
transit, since these cases do not arise to any
appreciable extent in practice.
Country of provenance. — In the case of
imports, the country in which the goods were
actually produced, in accordance with the
certificate of origin submitted by the importer,
is given as the country of provenance. When
their origin is difficult to establish, we have
indicated as the country of provenance the
country from which the goods were despatched
to Albanian territory, either direct or after
passing through other countries, even if a
different means of transport was employed in
this country but no commercial transaction
was undertaken therein of such a nature as to
nationalise the goods.
