(2) State works undertaken, with the amount of the total expenditure, the amount
of payments made and the rate of subsequent payments.
One copy shall be forwarded by the Ministry of habour to the Deposit and
Consignment Office for its information.
VI. The Deposit and Consignment Office shall inform the Ministry of lyabour day
by day of :
(a) Contracts concluded;
(b) Sums paid in to the Treasury.
At the end of each month, it shall transmit to the Ministry of Dabour a statistical
return stating :
(1) The total amounts placed to the credit of the Common Dabour Fund (since
the beginning) by drafts on the liquid assets of the social insurance offices and the
General Guarantee Office;
(2) The total amount of loans granted and sums paid in respect of subsidies ;
(3) The quarterly distribution of the amounts paid or to be paid to borrowers
and to the Treasury in respect of all the transactions which have taken place up to
that date.
