Note by the Secretary-General. —
The Secretary-General has the honour to communicate herewith to the Assembly and
the Council of the League the following nominations made by the national group of Venezuela
in view of the general election of the members of the Court for the period of nine years
commencing on January 1st, 1931. These nominations were received by the Secretary-
General after the list of candidates which was distributed to the Assembly and the Council
in document A.31.1930.V, dated September 8th, 1930, had been printed.
