very fully concurs in the summary of the principles laid down by the Inspector-
General for the conduct of vaccine operations, and especially in regard to the
necessity of restricted areas and close supervision.
ORDERED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Inspector-
General of Hospitals for information and guidance, and for communication to
the subordinate officers concerned.
