14. General—
(1) Railway vaccination—
(a) Eastern Bengal State Railway.—121 operations were performed, of which
78 were primary and 43 revaccination, and their successful percentages
were 92.31 and 90.69, respectively.
(b) Assam-Bengal Railway.—13 operations only were performed in the
Pahartali workshop at Chittagong. Of these 13, 3 were primary and 10
revaccinations.
(2) Tea gardens.— of 15,347 operations reported to have been performed by
garden agencies during the year under report, 15,192 were primary, of
which 95.17 per cent. proved successful. In the Jalpaiguri and Chittagong
districts, no operations are reported to have been performed by garden
agencies.
