The decrease occurred in the work of all the agencies except that of the
Feudatory State Vaccine Department, and the greatest falling off took place
in the work by Dispensary Hospital Assistants, both Provincial and Feudatory
State.

6.    The cost of each successful operation by the Vaccine Department was
