Commendation to the Superintendent
of Vaccination with the Sanitary
Commissioner.

17. I have great pleasure in recording the zeal and energy shown by Mr.
Bakaram Pandurang Hollay, 1st grade Superin-
tendent of Vaccination attached to my office, in
carrying out most successfully and economically
the manufacture of lanolinated lymph and making arrangements for its distri-
bution to all vaccinators.
