      NOTE —It is of importance that the particulars given in this, and also in No. 3. should not include the same individual more than once, and hence all transfers should be omitted.

      The Totals should correspond with the number in column 6. Statement I:" Imprisoned during the year." But they should do so with the "Total " Column 6, for January only, as the number remaining on the last day of the previous year (31st December) is to
be included In that month.
