14. Health of patients.—The general health of patients
remained good throughout the triennium under report except
for about two months in the year 1931 when influenza broke
out in a mild epidemic form. The daily average number of sick
treated in the infirmaries for bodily ailments was 55 91 (52.21
males and 3.70 females) in 1932; 60.46 (57.62 males and 2.84
females) in 1931 and 61.60 (59.93 males and 1.67 females)
in 1930.
The important admissions in the infirmaries are shown in
the subjoined table :—
