2. While Government fully recognise the need for
the expansion of the activities of the Civil Veterinary
Department, they are unable to provide adequate funds
to satisfy the several requirements to which reference
has been made in these reports.

Extensive research on trypanosomiasis and rinderpest. Reports show how veterinary medicine controlled disease, maintained livestock and alleviated famine. They explore its effect on military and local communities. |
