General remarks.
10. Khan Bahadur S. G. Haji, Deputy Superintendent, Civil
Veterinary Department, Sind, proceeded on
six months' leave on 1st March 1924, pre-
paratory to retirement. The post he held has been abolished, and
two appointments of Veterinary Inspectors have been sanctioned by
Government. Khan Bahadur Haji's retirement is a loss to the
Department, in which he has served for 32 years. His knowledge
and experience of Veterinary matters in Sind were unequalled, and
he possessed in a special degree the confidence of the people.
J. L. RIEU,
Commissioner in Sind.
To
The Secretary to Government,
Revenue Department, Bombay.
