ment recommended at Cawnpore (paras. 8 and 9), at Meerut (para. 20),

has to be considered.

   VI.—The requirement of accommodation at the hospital in Fyzabad for the
Hospital Assistant (para. 32). This is a complaint of long standing. It
is necessary to explain that, diseased women cannot be isolated with
security, where the Hospital Assistant is non-resident.

   VII.—The long standing complaint of the improper location of the hospital and
registered women in the city at Moradabad (para. 42).

   VIII.—The necessity existing for the building of a new lock hospital outside
the town at Roorkee (paras. 61, 63, and 66).

   IX.—The altogether extraordinary condition of the hospital at Chakráta. The
propriety of returning the Chakráta hospital to the 2nd class list now
that the garrison has been increased, and the necessity of providing a
better hospital accommodation there (paras. 80 and 84).

   X.—The fact that the hospital at Fatehgarh is in medical charge of a Native
Hospital Assistant (para. 90).
