and fully exposed to the prevailing breeze.

     61. In bringing this report to a conclusion I would desire to express my
best acknowledgments to General Lord Mark Kerr, Commanding the Division, for
all the assistance he gave me during my inspection, and especially to Major
Pottinger, Deputy Quarter-Master General, for all the trouble he took on my
behalf.
