(26) Marion Maxwell Sandbach, born 14th June, 1849, married
1st October, 1874, to Charles Edward Jefferies Esdaile, Esq. of
Cotholston House ( whose mother was Eliza Ianthe Shelley , daughter
of the late Percy Bysshe Shelley, the Poet). He was High Sheriff
for county Somerset, 1889. They have issue — ( 1 c) Ianthe Margaret
Esdaile, born 3rd November, 1875 ; (2c) Edward Jefferies
Shelley, born 28th October, 1876 ; (Sc) William Clement Henry,
