32 THE MURRAYS OF ATHOLL
(125) James, fourth Earl of Tullibardine, born c. 1616; died s.p. January
1670. He married, first, Anne Murray, daughter of his cousin, John, Earl
of Atholl ; second, 3rd June 1643, Lilias Drummond, daughter of John,
second Earl of Perth ; and third, Lilias, daughter of Sir James Drum-
mond of Machany. On his death the Earldom of Tullibardine reverted
to his cousin (No. 101).

(126) Sir Mungo Murray OF Drumcairn, fourth son of John, first Earl of
Tullibardine (No. 98), died s.p. March 1642. Under the special remainder
{see first Viscount, No. 133) he became, in 163 1, SECOND Viscount
Stormont and Lord Scone. He married, first, Anne, daughter of Sir
Andrew Murray of Arngosk and Balvaird (No. 132, a). She died 13th
May 1639, and her Will was recorded at St. Andrews 13th January
1640. He married, second, 1639, Anne, daughter of John, first Earl
of Wemyss, and widow of Alexander Lindsay of Edzell.
Claremont and Blebo.
Principal Authorities — Scots Peerage and Complete Baronetage.
(127) SIR Mungo Murray, fourth son of Sir William Murray (No. 97), died
about 1630. He owned Claremont and Denork. He married Margaret,
daughter of Sir John Crichton of Strathurd and widow of Sir Andrew
Murray of Arngosk and Balvaird (No. 132, a). They had issue: —
(128) Sir William Murray of Claremont and Blebo, died about 1645. On
1st July 1626 he was created a BARONET. He married, first, contract
dated 15th April 1613, Catherine, daughter of Arthur Forbes of Rires ;
and second, Eupham Ogilvy. He had a son : —
(129) Sir Mungo Murray of Blebo, second Baronet, still living 1681. He
married, first, Anna Graham, daughter of William, first Earl of Airth,
and had : —
(a) Sir John Murray, THIRD BARONET.
(b) Charles Murray, who was probably FOURTH BARONET, as
there was a Sir Charles Murray, Bt., living 1686.
He married, second, Christian Hamilton, who died February 17 10.
Her Will recorded 15th June 1710; she is then described as "relict."
HriTlS according to Burke's Armory. — Or, a fetterlock azure within a bordure
embattled gules ; on a chief of the second three mullets argent. CREST : A
dexter hand brandishing a flaming sword proper. MOTTO : "Deum time!'

Note. — These Arms are doubtful, as the fetterlock and Motto belong to the Murrays
of Blackbarony.
