Disposition by R. A. Macleod of Cadboll, in favour of the
Marquis of Stafford, all and whole the town and lands of
Inveran, and mill thereof, and the pertinents of the
said lands, viz. :
Glenshinn, with the woods thereof,
Garvald,
Tinald. And the town and lands of
Linsitcroy,
Linsitmore, and the woods thereof, with the pendicle
of
Duchelly.
XII.— REAY COUNTRY.
a.d. 1829, May 13.
Disposition by Eric Lord Reay in favour of the Marquis of
Stafford, of the Reay Country, to be held of the Marchioness
of Stafford, as Countess of Sutherland.
Charter of Confirmation by the Marchioness of Stafford and
Countess of Sutherland ; in favour of the Marquis of Stafford
of the Reay Country.
a.d. 1830.
To all and sundry to whose knowledge these presents shall
come, I, Elizabeth Marchioness of Stafford and Countess of
Sutherland, immediate lawful superior of the lands and others
underwritten, with the special advice and consent of the most
noble George Granville Marquis of the County of Stafford, my
husband, and I, the said Marquis, for myself, my own right and
interest, and we both with one consent Greeting, Know ye that I
have with consent foresaid ratified, approved, and perpetually
