out fatigue or difficulty. I will be careful
about cold ; I do not think I shall be likely
to go out of town again for some time.

have not read, but shall read Sir James Gra-
ham's speech.

dearest mother, and direct you for Christ's
sake, by the Holy Spirit !

Meanwhile, the departure of his brother for
Canada, to the prospect of which allusion has
been already made in the foregoing letters,
drew nigh; and he thus notices the event
in the following letter :
