in Balhagerty. He married, First, Elizabeth Leith Daughter
to Leith of the Newtoun of Premnay. Next he
married Janet Forbes Daughter to Forbes of
Abersnithak.

4.   GEORGE LESLEY eldest Son to Alexander of Kincraigie
succeeded to his Father. He married Leith
Daughter to Patrick Leith of Likliehead, and next he married
Margaret Dunbar.

HE had by his First Wife Three Sons, Patrick, Michael and
Alexander, and Three Daughters, Isobel, Margaret and Bessie
Lesleys. This George died March 1562. His eldest Son suc-
ceeded to him.

MICHAEL LESLEY the Second Son married Cruickschanks
Relict of William Lesley of Warthill.

ALEXANDER LESLEY the youngest Son died young sans Issue.

ISOBEL LESLEY the eldest Daughter married Alexander Lesley
Third Son to William Lesley of Warthill.

MARGARET LESLEY Second Daughter married Alexander
Anderson in Bonytoun.

BESSIE1LESLEY 3d Daughter married Alexander Mernis at
the Miln of Ennerramsay.

5.  PATRICK LESLEY eldest Son to George of Kincraigie suc-
ceeded to his Father. He was called Bonay Patrick. He
married Jean Lesley Daughter to John Lesley

of Balwhaine, ut supra Pa. She bare Two Sons, George

and John, and Two Daughters, Marjory and Isobel Lesleys.
His eldest Son succeeded to him.

JOHN LESLEY his Second Son married Marjory Strachan
Daughter to William Strachan of Tippertie. She bare Two
Sons Mr William and Mr Patrick Lesleys.

MR. WILLIAM LESLEY the eldest was a Minister, went to
Barbadoes,2 and was a Dean and Vicar to the Arch-Bishop of
Canterbury in that Isle. He married Forbes.

MR. PATRICK LESLEY the other Son was Minister at
but was deposed by the Covenanters. At the King's Restau-
ration he went to Ireland, and was Minister at Monaghon.
