Rules.
The following rules
apply
to the Army Golf Challenge Cup, the
Argyll and Sutherland Bowl and the Ordnance Challenge Cup.
i. Play will be by Match Play Singles. Teams will score by
holes. Eighteen holes will be played in each round including
the Final.
z. There is no limit to the number of teams which may enter from
a Regiment or Corps but an entrance fee of £ t must be paid
for each team entered.
3. Within the rules of the Competition when one team is
entered its composition may be changed as desired. When
two or more teams are entered their composition may be
changed provided no player plays in more than one team
during the competition.
4. Medals will be presented to the Winners.
5. The Cups can never be won outright.
6. In the event of a tie each team will play one extra hole and so
on until one team wins.

FOURSOME COMPETITION
Open to Members
of the Army Golfing Society
Post Entries. No Entrance Fee
Eighteen holes foursome play, under handicap, against bogey
under the Stableford system. There will be an optional sweepstake.
There will be a prize for the winning pair. All ties must be played
off.
