26. Aero-tows may not take place when both pilots are towing,
or flying on tow for the first time.
27. All local regulations, in addition to these regulations, but
not in place of or contrary to them, must be posted in a visible
place in the Club premises.
Logbooks and Records
28. All clubs shall compile and keep such logbooks and flight
time sheets as to enable an accurate record of the Club's flying
operations to be kept.
Accidents
29. All accidents and all incidents which might have caused
damage to machine or pilot, must be reported on the cards or
forms supplied by the Association for the purpose in less than a
month from the occurrence.
Cross-Country Flights
3o. No cross-country flights may be carried out from a Club
site unless the pilot has a "C" certificate and carries with him
maps marked clearly with the airways and control zones.

The Assistant Commandant, R.M.A., Sandhurst.
The Club operates at Lasham Airfield, Nr. Alton, Hants, as
one of the member clubs of the Lasham Gliding Centre. The
Centre provides all the instructional and launching facilities re-
quired by the club, using its own equipment and equipment pro-
vided by the club. The Centre's flying training school has medium
performance two-seaters, a high performance two-seater and high
performance single-seaters available. Flying takes place on
every day when the weather is suitable.
The Club has high performance single-seaters for the use of
those members who pass out from the school.
Training courses are run every summer. The dates and details
of these are published annually in ACIs.
