OBJECTS OF THE .ASSOCIATION
The Army Ski Association was formed on 22nd May, 1947, with
the following objects :
(i) To
promote among all ranks of the Army a high standard of
ski-ing as required for Military Operations.
(ii) To
promote touring on ski and
ski
mountaineering.
(iii) To
further military technical skill on ski and snowcraft.
(iv) To
promote the Army
Ski
Championships and be respon-
sible for Army teams in Inter-Service and International
Competitions.
