The Referee should ensure that all players in the front row keep
their feet sufficiently far back. The first three feet of either front
row must be placed sufficiently far back to allow the tunnel to be
left clear. The fourth foot may be placed up to but not on the
middle line, but that foot must not be placed across the third foot
(i.e., nearer the mouth of the tunnel) until the ball has left the
hands of the player putting it in.
