Decisions of Referees, etc.
15. The decision of referees, judges and umpires in all com-
petitions shall be final, and subject to no appeal. Protests as to the
qualification of competitors, or as to the conditions of events, shall
be made, in the case of local competitions, to the Divisional Sport
Boards, and in the finals to the Sub-Committees concerned, as
appointed by the executive Committee of the T.A.S.B.
Honours Tie
16. A Territorial Championship tie has been instituted which
may be worn by Officers and other ranks who have any of the
following qualifications:
(a) Played for the T.A. in a representative Rugby Football
match.
(b) Members of the winning team in the annual Association
Football Competition.
(c) Winners of T.A. Boxing Championships.
(d) Represented the T.A. in the I.S.B.A. Boxing
Championships.
(e) Winners of T.A. Cross-Country Championship or
Individual Athletic Championships.
The tie can be obtained from Messrs. Lillywhites, Ltd., Criterion
Buildings, Piccadilly Circus, S.W.I, on payment of 5s. 6d. and the
presentation of a written authority which will be issued on
application to :
