SECTION A
Both questions in this section should be attempted
1' (a) Why is meat an important food ?
(i>) What methods of cooking beef would you recommend for the following
purposes:—
(1) speed;
(2) saving of labour;
(3) economy;
(4) ease of digestion ?
(c) What cut of beef would you buy for each of these methods ?
(A) What vegetable would you serve with each of the suggested dishes ?
