The following Sermon ajid Address are by
the late Dr Kennedy of Dingwall. The
Sermon was delivered in Gaelic, taken down
in shorthand by James Mac Dotiald, James
Villa, Lairg, and transliterated by Williafu
Sutherland, Saval, Lairg — both deceased.
The Address is translated from " Aji Address
to Volunteers," printed by " Charles Gibson,
Edinburgh, 1886." They are edited and
printed under authority of a Joint Committee
of the Churches for the use of Highland
Sailors and Soldiers in H.M.'s Service.
