without Reludlancy; and which was the
Greater Task, tho' always requifite in Un-
dertakings out of the Common Road, heard
with Patience the Remarks of thofe whofe Education or Natural
Talent difpofed them to ridicule. Thefe are Difficulties I was
always prepared for, and have overcome without much concern-
But I muft acknowledge, the Reflefting how tedious the Time
might feem to fo many Perfons of Quality, who had fo Generoufly
encouraged me, upon Your Example and the Favourable Charafter
