The PEESENT RATES for DEPOSITS are-
For Periods under Six Months (subject to Short Notice, and Interest to
rise or fall with Market Eates),
At Six Months' Notice,
For Fixed Period of One Year,
For Fixed Periods of Two or Three Years, .
For Fixed Periods of Four Years and upwards.
Money is also received on Debenture Bonds for Three Years and upwards at 41 per cent, interest.
The Paid-up Capital and the Money received on Deposit and Debenture Bonds are lent out on
Heritable Securities, thus affording to Investors all the safety of Heritable Bonds, in addition to the
guarantee of the Company's Subscribed Capital.
Loans are granted on the security of Heritable Property for fixed periods, or repayable by instal-
ments extending over such number of Years as may be arranged.
No Commission, Fines, or Assessment in name of additional interest charged from Borrowers.
The following Table shows the Amount of the Instalments required to pay off a Loan of £100.
These instalments are not payable in advance, and include both Principal and Interest
