Branches. They draw on the chief towns in England and Ireland, and negotiate Bills payable in any town where
there is a Banker. They also issue Circular Notes, and draw on or open Credits with Correspondents in the
Principal Cities on the Continent, etc., and collect Bills and issue Drafts on the Colonies and elsewhere abroad.
