I have examined a sample of Whisky, "Heather-Bell Blend," as sold by Mr. JAMES RUTHERFORD,
12 Murraygate, Dundee, and hare to report that it is THOROUGHLY MATURED, of full strength, and of good
flavour. IT IS A PURE SPIRIT, FREE FROM FUSEL OIL.
