iHE ISLE OF ARRAN has been partially described under tbe Hamilton, is placed on ft rocky bank, which rises from the north
head of Buteshire, to which countv it belongs. It is divided into side of the bay of Brodick. The bank forma part of a peninsular
two parishes, Kilebice and Kilhosv. Kilbride parish occupies elevation or shoulder, projectmg from the base of Goatfell moun.
