Vessels sailing from the port and put back by stress of weather or
any other cause without having accomplished their voyage, shall not
be liable in additional shore-dues.
Vessels from any part of the river with stones, and having no other
goods on board, and delivering their cargoes in the precincts of the
harbour, to pay two shillings each voyage, in name of tonnage-dues.
Vessels arriving in ballast for the purpose of being repaired in the
graving-dock, and departing in ballast, exempted from shore-dues.
