Note.— When Caravans, Stands, and Vehicles of any description, containing Articles
or Animals for Exhibtion or Sale, or otherways, are exposed within the Cattle
Market, which it shall be competent for parties to do, the Tacksman thereof
will be entitled to Levy the Dues exigible thereon.
