NATIONAL PROVIDENT INSTITUTION,
STD.] FOR MUTUAL LIFE ASSURANCE. [1835.
Invested Funds exceed £5,000,000. Claims Paid, nearly £10,000,000.
ROFITS. The WHOLE are divided every Five Years anaongst the Members without any
duction for Dividends to Shareholders. Already divided, £4,600,000.
The amount thus divided has for many years averaged more than £100,000 per annum ; and
I total has amounted to upwards of Four and a Half Millions Sterling.
At the last (1892) Division there were then nearly eight hundred Policies in respect of which
)t only were the Premiums entikelv extinguished, but also Annuities were granted or Cash
jnuses paid, whilst in the case of rtiany Policies the original sums assured are now moee than
)UBLED by the Bonus Additions.
jAll persons now assuring will participate in the approaching Division of Profits as at 20th November, 1897.
Endowment Assurances, combining Life Assurance at minimum cost with provision for old
^E, granted on exceptionally favourable terms. The practical effect of these Policies in the
itional Provident Institution is that the Member's life is assured until he reaches the age agreed
on, and on his reaching that age the whole of the Premiums paid are returned to him, and a
atiderable sum in addition, representing a by no means insignificant rate of interest on his payments.
'Before assuring elsewhere, read the Prospectus of this old and wealthy institution, which may be obtained
