JUSTICE OF PEACE COURT.
The Acting Justices of the Peace for the District, Judges.
Alexander Christie, writer, Cleric and Assessor.
The Court is held in the Guild Hall each alternate Monday at
eleven o'clock forenoon. The Dundee district comprehends the
parishes of Dundee, Mains and Strathnaartin, Liff and Benvie,
Monikie, Monifieth, Murroes, Auchterhouse, and Tealing. There
are 70 gentlemen in the commission for the district, of which num-
ber t\»enty have not qualified.
SHERIFF-COURT— DUNDEE DISTRICT.
The ordinary Court is held in the Guild Hall, Town House,
every Tuesday at half-past ten o'clock forenoon, and the Small
Debt Court the same day at twelve o'clock noon, during the Ses-
sion. There are also two Ordinary and two Small Debt Courts
held during vacation, at the same place and hours.

Sheriff-Clerk ; William Wales, Sheriff-Clerk-Depute ; John

The Sheriff-Clerk's Office, 30 Reform Street, is open from ten
A.M. till four P.M., and six to eight p.m., every lawful day except
Saturday, on which the office closes at four p.m.

COMMISSARY COURT.
The Sheriffs, Commissaries.

The Court is held every Tuesday during the Session.
BURGH OR BAILIE COURT.
Held in the Town-Hall every Wednesda}^ at eleven o'clock
forenoon.
