The Patients and Visitors have the privilege of Salmon and Trout Fishing in the Elver
Dee, which runs through the estate for more than a mile.
An Omnibus runs every lawful day in connection with the establishment, from 1st April to
30th November inclusive, as follows : — From Heathcot at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Joint Railway
Station, Aberdeen, at 1 p.m. and 4.30 p.m.
