DEPOSITS.
Any sum (not less than £5) may be deposited with the Com-
pany, and Interest will be allowed thereon at rates varying from
2 to 3^ per cent. , payable half-yearly at Whitsunday and Martin-
mas through the Company's Bankers.
LOANS.
The Company grants Loans on the Security of Heritable
Property enabling borrowers on favourable terms to erect, pur-
chase, alter or repair House and Shop Properties or to pay off
Bonds affecting same. The Loans may be repaid by moderate
Instalments (including Principal and Interest) or otherwise as
may be arranged.
In ten years' Instalment Loans no Charge is made to
THE Borrower for the cost oe the Company's Bond.
