THIS Mutual Society divides its realized profit annually, and all members' policies upon which five years'
premiums have been paid are entitled to participate therein, either by a reduction in the premium for
the current j'ear, or by an equivalent reversionary addition to the sum assured by the policy.
The reduction of premium allowed in 1865 to members of five years' standing, is at the rate of 46 per
cent, the effect of which is exhibited in the following Table: —

The Directors have lately passed a Resolution under which existing and future Assurances may (with
certain limitations) be freed from restriction as to Foreign residence and travel. The necessary forms can
