I. — Complete Secceity afforded by the largest Proprietary body in the world, con-
sisting of Thousands of Shareholders, whose Names and Addresses are pub-
lished.
II. — The prompt and liberal Settlement of every Claim.
III. — Division of Two-Thikds of the Profits, thus eventually reducing most materi-
ally the Premium for Insurance, and admitting the Insurers to all the advan-
tages of Mutuality without any responsibility.
IV. — A Discount on the Government Duty of 5 per cent, on Country Policies.
V. — The opportunity of becoming a Shareholder, and thus securing every advantagi
that Mutuality can afford.

SPECIAL ADVANTAGES TO ASSURERS.
No Entrance Money, Admission Fee, or Policy Stamp required from the Assure;,
except on loan policies.
Moderate Rates of Premium, offering peculiar advantages to young lives.
The Benefit of Mutual Assurance without its liability.
Participation in Profits, and the additional advantages of the Annuity and Edu-
cational Funds.
Policies Absolutely Indisputable, by which all doubt and litigation are avoided.
Policies need never be forfeited.
Premiums may be paid annually, half-yearly, or quarterly.
Thirty Days' Grace allowed for the payment of Renewal Premiums on Annual Policies,
and Fifteen Days on those paid Half-yearly or Quarterly.
Lapsed Policies may be redeemed within three months, upon satisfactory evidence
of unimpaired health, by payment of a fine of ten shillings per cent, and the pre-
mium in arrear, together with the interest thereon.
All Claims on policies paid within three months after satisfactory proof of death.
In all cases of Suicide, Duelling, or Deaths by the hands op Justice, the
Association will pay claims under policies bona fide and legally assigned; but where
the policy is held by the assurer at the time of his death, the premiums paid will
be returned to his representatives.
Officers in the Ahmy or Navy assured at ordinary rates, when not engaged in actual
service.
Transfer of Policies by Special Endorsement without charge.
Applications for Shares, Prospectuses, Rates, &c, are requested to be made, either
personally or by letter addressed to any of the Local Agents ; or to
