LIFE BRANCH.
EIGHTY PER CENT. OF THE PROFITS GO TO THE ASSURED ON
BONUS RATES.
MODERATE PREMIUMS
Specially calculated for the Company from the most approved Tables, by an eminent
Actuary.
In this Company, a party, aged 30, may insure from £1,100 to £1,150, with Pro-
fits, at the same Premium as £1,000 with the leading Scottish Proprietary or Mutual
Offices.

There is no Entry -Money, and the Stamp Duty on Policies is defrayed by the
Company.
POLICIES INDISPUTABLE.
The validity of Policies will never be disputed, unless there be unquestionable evidence
of fraudulent intention. To promise more would be a delusion, no agreement to consent
to a fraud being legal.
CLAIMS.
In all cases Claims will be paid within three months after proof of death.
RENEWALS.
Thirty days of grace will be allowed for the Renewal of Policies, and Claims mill be
admitted for deaths occurring during those days, provided ike Premiums be paid before
their termination.
BONUSES.
Four-fifths of the Profits will be appropriated to Policies at the end of the first five
years, and afterwards at the end of every three years, which may be applied as the As-
sured may direct, in either of the following ways, viz. ; —
1st, By immediate payment of the present value of the sum so appropriated.
2d, By an equivalent reduction in the future annual payments.
3d, By an equivalent addition to the amount of the Policy.
4th, By a new Policy, free from Premiums.
FIRE BRANCH.
This Company insures against Fire almost every description of Property, and at rates
as moderate as those of other respectable Companies.
PROFITS.
Fifty per Cent, of the Profits of this Branch is divided among Policies of three years'
standing, and which have not been the subject of claim.
Prospectuses and all other information will be had on application at any of the Offices
of the Company.
