ADVERTISEMENTS. 175
Mr. Jack purposes still further to enlarge his Establishment, owing to the number
of patients applying, sent by Medical Gentlemen in Glasgow, and elsewhere.
Baths administered according to the suggestion of the Professional adviser of the
Patient, or at personal option.
Cold and Tepid Shower Baths. Tepid and Cold Douche Baths — an effectual cure
for local pains — and, in conjunction with the Vapour Bath, the most active, effectual,
and agreeable of all baths.
The Vapour Bath, as a Therapeutic agent, is too important to he trusted in any other hands
than Medical, and, from personal observations, we can testify that Mr. Jack's Establishment is
by far the most complete in Glasgow ; and as it is carefully superintended by himself, it de-
serves, and possesses to a great extent, the patronage of the Profession, and the confidence of
the Public— Glasgow Sentinel, March, 1853.
